Returns
Handmade goods, packed by hand. If something is wrong, email us. We would rather fix it than argue.
Damaged or missing
If a candle arrives cracked, leaking, or the box is empty of what you paid for, send a photo and your order email to arraycandles@gmail.com within 7 days. We will replace it or refund you.
Changed your mind
Unused, unburned items in original packing can be returned within 14 days for store credit or a refund of the product price. You cover return shipping unless we shipped the wrong thing.
What we cannot take back
- Lit or used candles, opened incense, or used diffusers (hygiene and handmade goods).
- Items damaged after delivery by heat, a pet, or a drop.
